"What I didn't like is one guest speaking so loud on His phone 📱 very distracting and disturbing,during meals ,as one comes to a place like Prana Lodge to get away from the hassle and bustle of City life,just my opinion guest must be ask to speak softly on their phones,LOL OR NO PHONES AT ALL."

"We've been at the PRANA LODGE for the 5th time, for a very good reason: It's a little paradise. The service was impeccable. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Andre, the manager, fulfils his function perfectly. Heather Roberts is a SUPERSTAR. She drove me to East London and back to a doctor for an examination. I felt like a king. See you in March 2026."

"Great location, great facilities, property is spectacularly clean, warm and caring staff including Andre the manager. Get treated like you are the only guest. Being gluten and luctose intolerant, I always struggle, not at Prana lodge. The food was stunning including their luctose and gluten friendly deserts. Everything was perfect . It’s going to be annual retreat."

"Prana is a jewel of the Wild Coast. It enhances the beauty of the wilderness for travellers, as it doesn't spoil the natural beauty of the environment. Prana offers sophistication and luxury, while being conscious to the environment. The staff is welcoming,friendly, soft and highly attentive. I would be wrong to only mention one name because all of staff deserve praise, but I can say that Simba and Kholiswa really went out of their way to make us feel like royals.Thank you! The food was delicious, fresh and of good quality. Prana is superb and deserves all the 🌟s it gets . We will be back!"
