"Great location and awesome views if you are upstairs . Breakfast was substantial and well served . There was an issue with hot and cold water in the shower , tv didn’t work and complimentary coffee and tea not replaced every day . Otherwise , comfortable , secure and in a good position for moving round Cape Town"

"Floral is located in a quiet neighbourhood, there is a busy coffee shop across the road as well a children's park. We chose it because of the location to the start/finish of UTCT, which we walked to. Parking on the street was not a problem when the three bays inside were full. Breakfast was what we needed (yogurts, fruits, cheeses and hams etc), with hot options to order (eggs etc) plus they also packed an early breakfast for us on race day (big bonus)."

"Die Lage in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel unterhalb des Tafelbergs ist großartig. Die alte Kolonialvilla ist äußerst charmant und die Zimmer stilecht eingerichtet. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt."

"Insgesamt ist das ganze Gelände etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was dem Charme des Ganzen aber nicht schadet. Ein bisschen frische Farbe täte aber gut."

"Zeer behulpzaam toen mijn vrouw helaas naar het ziekenhuis moest. Manager Annamieke zorgde ervoor dat ik 4 nachten langer kon verblijven. Ook nog tegen een lagere prijs."

"Excellent location in a leafy residential area, great for a quiet stay, away from the crowds. That said, directly across from the hotel there is a tasty little restaurant located, serving and selling everything one might need, including delicious croissants and bubbly. Hotel is a small boutique gem, situated in an old Dutch villa, tastefully adapted to contemporary needs. Very comfortable bed with silky soft linen, well stocked mini-fridges, A/C, TV’s, lockable safe boxes, everything that a traveller needs is already there. Comfortable outdoor furniture, lounge chairs with cushioned seats, abundant towel service. The pool is a generous midsize and is suitable for doing laps. Delicious buffet breakfast is served every morning, with cheeses and fresh seasonal fruit and berries on the menu. Yummy omelettes made to order included, and self serve coffee was the best drip we’ve ever had."

"Ruime kamers, zeer behulpzaam personeel en heel vriendelijk. We waren hier gestrand op weg naar Namibië dus slecht voorbereid. Ook nog staking van taxi's/ bus maar personeel redde ons uit de brand. Regelde taxi, betaalde zelfs de pizza's zodat wij het met de kamer konden afrekenen omdat we geen ZAR hadden. Top! Tafelberg dicht bij. Je hebt echter wel een auto nodig."
