Samtlige lejligheder har desuden eget badeværelse, og de fleste af indkvarteringne har scenery over Det Indiske Ocean. Der serveres morgenbuffet hver morgen på Fairlights terrasse ved swimmingsvømmeområdeen. Umdlotis gastronomisk spisesteder og caféer ligger blot 5 minutters gang derfra. Fairlight garanterer børnepasning. Det er i øvrigt muligt at arrangere lufthavnstransport til King Shaka Internationale Lufthavn, 10 minutters kørsel derfra. Ushaka Marine World og Durbans golfbaner ligger 20 km fra pensionatet. Der er mulighed for surfing på stranden på den anden side af vejen.

"The Location is superb. The staff delightful and after meeting the owner and hearing about the history all that more memorable. Really awesome to g to a place that is family owned and hands on. Also brilliant to know that when we called for any queries that Collin was on the ball."
"To be honest, the room we had ie Peter was not a first time great experience due to the visitors in the David room next door. They not only smoked all night but drank and were quite loud so we did not thoroughly enjoy the ambience of location and room to its fullest. In saying that though, we will definitely be back and will request the Michelle or Roxanne on recommendation from the Owners."

"Just some minor bits as overall a great stay: A small fridge in room would be great. Cooked breakfast took a long time to arrive some of the days. Parking space not for beginners but very safe."

"Great location, beach just in front of the house. Room was very clean, got an upgrade which was very nice. Seaview possible. Bed was comfortable and clean and large. Breakfast was tasty. Some restaurants available about 300m to walk. Safe environment. Room and bathroom were very bright."
