"We honestly couldn’t rate this hotel highly enough. We got stuck at border control and were late arriving and the check in staff couldn’t of been more helpful. The food was delicious for breakfast, we had a bottle of wine from Kosovo and the room was immaculate. Even our dog was given a warm welcome. Thank you so much, we will be back!!"

"The location is away from the center(about 30 min walk), if you have a car it is difficult to find a free Parking and don't forget the traffic jam."

"Good dinner and very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice and spacious room. Great view from the balcony and restaurant. Dog friendly. I loved the city, very friendly people. Good enough water pressure but a little unstable in temp."

"Fridge in room was not working but did not complain because I did not need it that bad. The fee for dog was each dog pr night and I had 5 dogs so was surpriced about the high price as I am used to a one time fee for extra cleaning when booking with dog. A bit high volume on the breakfast music that woke me up early first morning as one of the speakers was right utside my door."

"The view from the pool area in the London room is absolutely amazing! There is plenty of space in the room. We appreciated the bath robes. Staff was accommodating when helping us to open a bottle of wine."

"Bed was a little hard, but not uncomfortable. No plug in the bathroom. Room description says there is a washer, but it was not in-room and instead is a (free) service offered. Delayed our timing a bit in the morning since they weren’t able to do it at night and it took approximately 2.5 hours, but they did a good job."
