"The room was clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and it was close to the city center. The staff didn't speak English, but we managed somehow. She was also very nice and helpful."

"The bathroom faucet wasn't working and was flying everywhere. There was nowhere to hang a towel in the bathroom. The shower sometimes dripped, and the toilet flush was broken."

"The accommodation was beautiful with a wonderful view, and the hosts and staff were very polite and cooperative. Hajrije, the staff member responsible for assisting us, was excellent—always responsive to our needs and available whenever we needed her. May God reward her for her efforts. The only issue we faced was that the Booking.com application did not allow us to book the room for six people, but only for five. Upon arrival, we were asked to pay an additional amount for the sixth person, and an extra bed was provided. Overall, the place is lovely, and their service is excellent."
