"Onsite owners were very friendly and easy to contact. It was reasonably close to town and main roads to go across the island. The house was spacious and although there were other houses nearby is is designed to have your own privacy."

"Unless you are familiar with the with the local area it can be hard to find especially at night. signage is a real problem in Samoa in general so not particular to this location. Found it with the help of locals."

"I loved everything about this place - the house was very good for our family. The hosts happily greeted us upon arrival and were very friendly throughout our stay at this beautiful place. "I think the owners run this place from afar, so just a little advise maybe just clean up abit more in the bathrooms so that the pipes do not get rusty and collect unwanted germs, but overall the place was good our family loved it."

"The open spacious living area and rooms. The fact that theres a washing machine and dryer and two bathrooms.The price was fair and close to stores, the market and town.The nice vibe of the area, the coconut trees and the hospitality from the owners."

"- Lovely spacious home - 4 bedrooms with huge lounge space and open kitchen plan equipped with most of your needs. - Aircon in every room - Set in lovely garden surrounded by some plantations in a quiet dead end street. - Great washing machine & dryer - Perfect for our large family, we also hired their other property Lotopa Rambler which is right across the laneway. It is in a dead end street and super quiet. Local host lives a few steps away across the laneway. - Lotopa location is good with nearby shops you can drive to and close to Apia central. - Good communication with Athena the owner who lives overseas. - Great introduction and walk through by local host Isabella"

"Small improvement suggestions: Some features of the property need a good clean and maintenance for eg - broken drawers in most rooms, some fans worked and others didnt (this was fixed on our 2nd day when we informed owner). 1 of 3 Outdoor seats broken and rusted. Couch in lounge was broken but had been repaired but bucked when sat on. Cash power is the responsibility of the hirer so beware of this. We topped up $150 tala for our 5 nights there. Be careful to turn off power when out & about."

"We self-catered. Kitchen facilities were adequate. Garden and grounds were well-kept. Location ok, advantage to have a car."

"The chests of drawers in the bedrooms were old and the drawers stuck. There was very little other shelving and no cupboard space."
