"Amazing stay at Banyan Tree Lang Co. My lagoon villa with private pool was beautifully designed, luxurious, and very comfortable. The property is surrounded by stunning nature, making it peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, dinner at Saffron restaurant was delightful, and the spa was exceptional. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming — special thanks to Daniel, Yen, Linh, Dat, Orange, and Emma. Highly recommend!"

"The stay at Banyan Tree was absolutely perfect. It is a true quite break in a nature area with an impeccable service. The hotel is very nice, proposes many activities (craft activities, sport activities, cultural activities). We chose to do the cooking class with Y, which was one of the best activities we did in Vietnam. The breakfast is incredible, with many different options of Vietnamese food and western food. The bungalow offers a full privacy in the middle of the nature, and is very pleasant. The Saffron restaurant offers a variety of Vietnamese dishes in a tasting menu that is worth the try. Thanks Tram for the impeccable service and the experience. The staff is very thoughtful and pays a lot of attention to details and to you. They are nice and welcoming, thanks especially to Tuan who made sure our stay was the best and who was very available."

"A true 5 star experience. The service level on 5 star hotels in Vietnam are, from our experience the last 3 weeks, very good. But Banyan is extraordinary. I mean in every single part of your interaction with the crew on this resort. Dont remember all the names, but we got a very nice, careful and personal follow up from Tuan, and I got an excellent massage from Chi at the spa. We were there with a 6 month old baby for 4 nights. We really got the most out of our stay. We joined activities like yoga, HIIT and table tennis. We used the 24/7 gym with cooled towels. We took several spa treatments, tried all restaurants including in villa dining, baby sitting service and more. Everything was great. Even the italian food at Azura was at a quality level way beyond what I would expect to get at Vietnamese resort. All in all it felt like we got an extreme amount of value, and would very much recommend this place to anyone."

"Excellent service, even if we travel a lot the best experience we ever had! Wonderful retreat which gives you the feeling to fully relax and escape the reality. Special thanks to the wonderful, well organised and really friendly staff. The staff collaborated well with each other. All wishes were fulfilled and even more. I never experienced something like this experience and it’s difficult to find something like this place somewhere else! Special thanks to Jennie and Man for the pleasant stay and wonderful service. Unfortunately I forgot the names of the other staff but everyone was so kind. The meditation classes leaded by the wonderful meditation teacher were also unbelievable. The pictures of the resort doesn’t match the reality it is much better!"

"Loved the location. Food was great and the little wellbeing surprises delightful. What was outstanding, is the Staff across the restaurants and housekeeping etc. In particular, Mi Tran was our host and she is exceptional in terms of knowledge, advice, efficiencies and care. We felt very well-looked-after by her and her team. The yoga sessions were superb too, led by Kumari who is a great teacher."

"The humid climate at Lang Co is hard on the infrastructure and despite great upkeep it shows a bit. The quality of the facilities nevertheless is exceptional."

"We stayed in a lagoon villa, and it was beautiful. The bed was huge and comfy, the shower really nice and the huge soaking bathtub was perfect after a long day. The staff were great and all really friendly, and the complex itself is in a beautiful setting - it's only small so easy to walk around and the grounds are perfectly maintained. The hotel offers day trips in the area, and our guide (Hung) who took us to Hue, was absolutely brilliant. It was one of our favourite days of our entire month in South East Asia (even in the rain!). Quality of food in Saffron was incredible."

"We stayed during the typhoon, so weren't able to use our pool or outdoor area, so would have loved some seating in the villa itself (but this isn't the hotel's fault, obviously). Whilst there are three dining options, the menus are a bit limited. We stayed for 6 nights and by the end were running out of new things to try."
