Could pave the pathway to the pool a bit better so not to always track dirt to and from the house . The lounge chair area is tight - hard to navigate multiple people finding a seat as there isn’t space to walk around the chairs . For our group that was a bit elderly it wasn’t convenient

"Det var et meget smukt og spændende indrettet hotel med lyse og turkise farver og med fantastisk udsigt til havet. Hele det klippefyldte udeareal med palmer og lamper var spændende opdelt med pools og hyggekroge med forskellige siddepladser. Personalet gjorde meget ud af at give os det bedste værelse, og forkæle os med at bringe aftensmaden op på vores værelse. På den hyggelige altan kunne vi følge med i tidevandet og oplevede naturens vilde kræfter, når vandet slog imod klipperne. Vi faldt i søvn til fuldmåne og hvidt lys skinnende ind på os. Vi søgte et smukt og fredfyldt hotel, som hotellet levede op til. Der var langt til indkøbsmuligheder og andre adspredelser. Mange tak for et dejligt ophold."

"There was a lot of space and you can pay 30 per extra bed if you don’t want the family sharing"

This was a good bed and breakfast stay for us, only thing I didn’t like was the price but that’s nothing to do with the property it’s just a netherlands standard thing which is around 200 per night

"The villa had everything! Stocked wine cooler, bottles of spirits, full mini bar. There was a gas BBQ and good free Wi-Fi. The beach and pool were both no more than a few hundred meters from the villa in all directions. It was beautiful!"

Perhaps the resort supermarket produce could have been fresher, with a better selection of meat for the BBQ, but there's nothing to stop you using a local supermarket.

"Location was perfect, in between two resorts for lovely Spa treatments and excellent dining. Hanna was very helpful with our requests, even dropping off a cake tin so I could make a birthday cake. The complimentary treats were a lovely surprise. We will definitely return. Fa'afetai."

"We received prompt responses from the manager whenever we had a request. The facilities and bedding were very good, and the area was peaceful with a helpful security guard."

"The room was large and spacious. Very comfortable beds and a well appointed bathroom. A seating area was a welcome extra. Breakfast was excellent -with a glass of Istenic sparkling! The garden attached to the winery is a really peaceful setting for a morning’s (or more) relaxation over coffee and more sparkling wine. All the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. Thank you to them."

Only downside is the location that means restaurants are a short drive away - even the closest (about 1km) is a drive because of the fast narrow road without pavement. The main town of Brezice is worth visiting though for its restaurants, cafes, castle and water tower.

Food can be a little better. Veg Sandwich had little veggies and too much mayonnaise.
