"Clean, friendly and helpful staff, good location, comfortable bed, good place to rest, nice terrace, air conditioning in the room."

There was no parking available at our arrival. We didn't knew it needed to be reserved in advance. But very helpful staff helped resolve this small problem pretty fast.

"The location was very good not to far from the centre. The apartment was spacious very cozy and comfortable.The architecture of the building was very nice.It had everything we needed,the kitchen was very rich in utensils.Great experience overall."

My family & friends enjoyed our stay. The villa is huge, and so many sitting areas where you can bond with friends. We look forward of staying there again."

"The villa had everything! Stocked wine cooler, bottles of spirits, full mini bar. There was a gas BBQ and good free Wi-Fi. The beach and pool were both no more than a few hundred meters from the villa in all directions. It was beautiful!"

Perhaps the resort supermarket produce could have been fresher, with a better selection of meat for the BBQ, but there's nothing to stop you using a local supermarket.

Et lille ønske; Som ryger, ville det have været rart med et askebæger på bagsiden af huset, så skodderne ikke skulle direkte i affaldsspanden (lugt og lille mulighed for brand)

Service i restaurant kunne godt være bedre. Ventede over 1 time på aftensmad og kaffeopfyldning var der ikke meget af

"De ligging van Casa Baronesa kan niet beter, direct aan een mooi strand, met achter het huis, gescheiden van het strand via een poortje, nog een stukje privé strand. Het huis is zeer ruim en smaakvol ingericht. Het uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamers op zee is fenomenaal. Verder zijn in de directe nabijheid de nodige restaurantjes te vinden."

De huisraad - met name het bestek en de pannen - was niet op peil en dient te worden aangevuld. Verder zouden een broodrooster en een vaatwasser welkom zijn. Het gemis hieraan heeft de pret echter zeker niet mogen drukken.

"Its a quite place. All of their staffs are too nice and helpful. The resort is just walking distance from the town centre or the ski. There was an unexpected party during of of our dinner which elevated our experience to the next level. Overall it was really good place and we were all happy."

The 3rd bedroom is a small room just enough to place a single bed. There was only one common bathroom for a 2.5 bed cottage which was quite frustrating.

"Great value & service. The house is in the second line of buildings. The property was perfectly clean, plenty of towels, a lot of space. Perfect place for a group of friends, close to restaurants and city center. There is a guest house with a nice sauna."

"Perfect location with great views of the mountains and river in the beautiful town of Arco. The apartment was nicely decorated in italian style and included a great hot tub bath and a 4k television. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed with an induction hob and a combi oven, and a fridge freezer. There was free parking available in an underground garage, but we were on foot - the pedestrian entrance came out right onto the pretty alleyways in the Arco old town."

The check in details could have been clearer. The keys had to be collected from "Arcoplant", which is a small garden centre a long way from the apartment. We got there on a Sunday, so the garden centre was closed and it was difficult to get in touch with the owner, but they were really friendly and helpful once we found them.

Hele det klippefyldte udeareal med palmer og lamper var spændende opdelt med pools og hyggekroge med forskellige siddepladser. Personalet gjorde meget ud af at give os det bedste værelse, og forkæle os med at bringe aftensmaden op på vores værelse. På den hyggelige altan kunne vi følge med i tidevandet og oplevede naturens vilde kræfter, når vandet slog imod klipperne. Vi faldt i søvn til fuldmåne og hvidt lys skinnende ind på os. Vi søgte et smukt og fredfyldt hotel, som hotellet levede op til. Der var langt til indkøbsmuligheder og andre adspredelser. Mange tak for et dejligt ophold."

This was a good bed and breakfast stay for us, only thing I didn’t like was the price but that’s nothing to do with the property it’s just a netherlands standard thing which is around 200 per night

"Läget är fantastiskt och kontakten med ägaren fungerade väldigt bra. Villan fungerar utmärkt för 4 personer med egna badrum och stort kök och vardagsrum. Läget på stranden inbjuder till många härliga bad och strandpromenader."

Huset är lite slitet och skulle må bra av lite renovering och förnyelse. Men allt fungerar och det är välutrustat och städat.

"The villas are on private property just off the beach road that divides the property to peaceful lush gardens with villas and the beach side with pool, bar, outdoor shower and beach area. Villa has a spacious teracce that is perfect spot for relaxing and wildlife watching - birds, iguanas, parrots, butterflies, collibries - better than the Gilpin trail! :) Each villa has own host that met us at our arrival. She helped us to settle, showed us the house and next day she cooked the lunch for us as per our wish - the local cuisine - callaloo, cou cou and mahi mahi and it was delicious."

That we could not stay longer! :) And the fans above the bed were little fast, not able to slow them down.
