"Everything: staff went above and beyond, extremely helpful. Provided early check in. The hotel is new and extremely clean. Very quiet street, was sleeping with a window wide open and zero noize. The room are very comfortable, warm floors in the bathroom. Location is amazing."

He was perfect in everything he did—extremely helpful, supportive, and always ready to assist with a smile. His professionalism and kindness truly made my stay even better. "My friends and I absolutely loved the Rio Hotel in Samarkand. From arrival to check out, the staff were extremely welcoming, kind, and helpful. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, which was immaculately clean, extremely spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely rainshower in the bathroom and cozy beds. My friend ended up getting sick, and the staff offered to help us to the hospital and even ordered chicken soup for us! I would not hesitate to book the Rio Hotel again for my next stay in Samarkand. Thank you to the excellent staff members at the front desk!"
