"Perfect location — walking distance to Registan Square, restaurants, and tourist spots. Easy and convenient for Yandex drop-off and pick-up. Room offers simple accommodation but meets all basic needs. Comfortable bed and clean sheets. Room was warm during cold weather, and the air conditioner worked well. Good soundproofing in the room (unless you open the window la 😆). Even the toilet had surprisingly good soundproofing. Nice local breakfast served every morning. Laundry service available at an extra charge. The warmth and hospitality of the owners — truly better than some 5-star hotels!"

"The toilet wasn’t very clean, but not dirty either — just average. The shower temperature changed suddenly from hot to cold (and vice versa), and no idea how to adjust. No lift, though the stairs are not too high and manageable with small luggage."

"You can hear some noise i.e the kids playing on their games or shouting outside but otherwise fine. There is only one small toilet/shower room so you have to wait sometimes. This is cleaned once a day and was a bit dirty when I used it. It is cash only."

"Good location in the middle of everything. Lots seating in a central courtyard. It has a dorm and doubles to suit everybody. Twin room was about 28 dollars. Breakfast included, which was ok for me."

"Breakfast is only served between 8-9am. If you want to get to any of the sights at 8am when they open, to get there before the bus tours do, you will miss breakfast. Only one shared bathroom, located in the main courtyard. So even just going to the toilet can have a long wait if someone is in the shower."
