"The hotel is really good, everything is compact, staff are caring and they tend to ask from you about your staying all the time, breakfast was quite good, nothing to say bad about this place being honest"

"It was an amazing stay - perfect location (walkable to many places), clean, very warm and accommodating owners (we asked for a soft mattress and they moved us to another room, provided earlier breakfast per request, etc.). They have the best breakfast in a town, so fresh, cooked with love! We were treated like their relatives, not the guests. Highly recommend Hotel Soro to everyone!"

"レギスタン広場から徒歩10分かからず歩いて行けます．十四歳の息子さんが英語が話せるので助かりました。設備はとてもきれいです．お湯もしっかり出ました．朝ごはんは食べきれないほどありました．受付にはまだ夜は長男、昼は次男がいて朝ごはんは長女が用意してくれました．受付にウォーターサーバーがありいつでも水やお湯が手に入りました。一家揃って経営している家族的なホテルでした。"

"駅からヤンデックスタクシーで向かいましたが全く違う場所で降ろされました．タクシーのマップも私のマップも同じだったので降りましたが全く違う場所でした．夜8時ごろで電話しましたがその時は言葉が通じず、路上にいた人にジェスチャーで頼んで電話してもらい、オーナーに迎えに来てもらいました．車代は請求されたので支払いました。後で調べたところBooking.comに登録されていたスペリングと他に書いてある住所のスペリングが違っていたためだったようです。道路に面していて夜中まで車の音が気になりました．一人でしたがツインの部屋に泊まりましたが狭くてスーツケースを床に広げることができませんでした。バスルームに足ふきマットは用意してないそうです。バスルームへのドアがベットにぶつかり半分しか開けられません。洗面台に備え付けの液体ソープはからでした．バスルームにあったシャンプー二つは一つは使いかけでした。"

"Przytulny, rodzinny hotelik blisko placu Registan. Mieliśmy duży pokój ze wszystkimi potrzebnymi udogodnieniami. Dobre i wystarczające śniadania. Cały pobyt był udany"

"Das Frühstuck war perfekt, auch die Lage sehr gut, zu Registan 10 min zu Fuss. Der Junge hat für uns eine Zimmer sogar bis 17:30 gehalten, und wir sind problemlos zu Abendzug nach Tashkent gefahren"

"2 rooms, much space, very clean, washing machine, good kitchen, big fridge. Everything was new! When you walk through the buildings, you are directly on the main walking connection between train station and old town. Close to the good restaurants. Close to the big supermarket in the Mall next to the train station."

"Апартамент очень современный, комфортный, чистый, близкий к центру, темболее рядом есть метро, во многих местах телевизор обычно бывает 32 размера, а тут 40, можно ночью смотреть фильмы, еще есть балкон с видом на телебашню и с отдельными стульями и столом для вечерних общений, еще есть стиральная машина и утюг, обычно во многих отелях и апартаментах с этим проблемы, еще есть термос, можно приготовить чай, особенно пригодится холодной зимой, в общем 10 из 10"

"Few steps from the ancient Khiva. The accomodation seems to be new. We had a 4 beds room, very nice design of the room. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast was amazing, delicious and various. The owner managed a trip for us (to Khorezm fortresses) for a fair price."

"The highlight of our trip were the amazing staff at the hotel, they did everything to make sure our trip and our stay was perfect. They helped and guided us in regards to must visit places, shopping, money change. They arranged for our massage and even gave us an early check in when we requested last minute. The room itself was very nice, although not as big as the hotel rooms we stayed in Tashkent. But it was very comfortable, the breakfast selection was good too. Honestly in my experience a good staff is always the sign of a very good and successful hotel and I can say with all honesty everyone who works at that hotel deserve commendation!!"
