"The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the location is truly top-notch with easy access to nearby places. The owner was very courteous and kind enough to allow us an early check-in, which was much appreciated. Morning breakfast was decent; however, it was not a buffet. You place an order and the staff prepares and serves it, which is fine, though a buffet option would offer more variety and convenience. My personal suggestion please confirm your booking.com price for the property is all you have to pay before arrival with the owner. As in my case , we already confirmed the price and early checkin request with the owner, still receptionist was trying to scam us of 170000 som(14-15$). However , owner is a really helpful and kind man , he did not charge a single penny extra, even though we checked in 3 hours early."

"A few basic amenities were lacking, such as slippers and a dental kit, and the electric kettle provided in the room was not properly cleaned. These are small details but important for guest comfort and hygiene. At least a 0.5-liter complimentary drinking water bottle should be provided to guests upon arrival."

"The breakfast wasn't a buffet as mentioned on the site. Still was a decent breakfast, a staple one. It had chicken and omlet which I don't. But, grapes, apple, nan, yogurt, jam were enough for me. Though a bit inner from the city, the location was perfect as it was quite equidistantly close to most of the sites like Ark of Bukhara, Poi Kalyan, Lyabi Khaus, Chor Minor etc. Even the new city was within 2 kms. Property was calm, neat and safe. The facilities looked absolutely new. Only minus - they didnt't entertain card payment."

"5 minutes walking to historical sites. Very quiet and safe area. Groceries between site and accommodation. Breakfast is just great. Very safe, comfortable, and clean. We can leave our luggage after check out. The host speaks perfect English and is very helpful too (buy train tickets for us). It was great to stay there after a long journey!"
