"Very pleasant staff and Manager. The staff does not speak much English but we use the Google translate to get thru. The Manager can understand and carry on simple conversation. Good foreign currencies exchange better than some banks. They allow us to leave our luggage while we travel to Samarkand and Bukhara. The room is big enough & comfortable for us to leave our 3 large luggage."

"Good location as a self-build house. Cosy rooms without breakfast. 8 minutes of walking to Kosmonavtlar Metro Station. 16 minutes of walking to Seoul Street. 1.6km or 19 minutes of walking to Magic City. Big shopping mall "NEXT" with supermarket “Korzinda" is around by walk. Famous local bakery "Bon!", there are several, with chocolate on selling."

"The light switch in the hallway (common area) operated the light bulb inside our room, so at some point during the evening, the light inside our room turned on when someone in the hallway flicked the switch."

"It was a very good comfortable stay in a quiet central location. The famous Applied Arts Museum and several other tourist destinations are next door. Cafes, restaurants and a good supermarket are nearby. 20 min drive from the airport. A nice spacious room with a spacious bathroom. Drinking water is always available in the lobby."

"We stayed for a night in Elite Hotel, and it was very good. Cleanness was perfect. We arrived there around 2:30 a.m. and receptionist was waiting for us there. He was a very helpful guy. Overall, we liked our stay."

"The hotel is surrounded by greenery and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It is about a 12–15 minute walk to the main road, where you can find supermarkets, fast-food outlets, and various restaurants. The TV Tower is also within walking distance, just over 20 minutes away. All staff members were warm, approachable, and efficient, which greatly enhanced the overall experience."

"Beautiful location and a more friendly owner is hard to find! Shodman ate dinner with us, told us about the area, took us on a fantastic hike and helped organize our trip back to Samarkand. The food was among the better we had in Uzbekistan."

"We had the best time ever! The family is very kind and fun, we played volleyball with the kids and felt right at home. The rooms are cozy and private. The mountain view is also a plus. The mum cooks all the meals and is an incredible cook. The variety of the meals is remarkable! We definitely recommend it and cant wait to go back! They also took care of every activity we wanted to do. We already miss it!"

"The family were very welcoming. The horse riding they organised was fabulous, one of the highlights of our entire holiday in Uzbekistan. Hiking opportunities straight from the door or just some time chilling in a very relaxed atmosphere . Home cooked rustic food was really nice and plentiful. We were lucky enough to be joined by the family to eat dinner on two of our 3 night stay, the last night was too cold for them to sit out though. Breakfast was great too. The showers in the guest block are very good ( but the right hand one doesn’t drain well)"
"We enjoyed the stay at the guest house. We stayed 2 nights but would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the calm environment. The manager helps to organize trips, which we appreciated. In general Ruslan (the manager) was very friendly and making sure that all our needs are met during the stay. The food was good and the rooms spacious and clean."
