"This is a third-floor apartment located in a building without an elevator. If you are a family, please remember that you will need to carry your bags (weighing approximately 20 to 25 kg) up the stairs by yourselves, as no assistance will be available."
"The location is Great very close to the train station and a main avenue. You can easily find taxi or tram on this avenue. The house is very large. All equipments are available at home. The beds are very comfortable. The house owner is a very helpful person."

"This is a great apartment 15 mins walk from railway station (or No 1 tram from station). Looks like it's out of tourist district but easy tram or taxi access. All super secure and great communication with owner. Use yandex not Google maps. Restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby."

"Квартира чистая и очень просторная. Нас было двое взрослых и ребёнок, места было более чем достаточно. В квартире есть всё необходимое (посуда, мыло и шампунь, полотенца, стиральная машина, кондиционер, два телевизора, холодильник, микроволновка). Через дорогу супермаркет, в 5-10 минутах несколько кафе и ресторанов. По оплате - мы не успели поменять деньги, но без проблем договорились оплатить рублями, что было очень удобно. По расположению - нам было удобно что квартира в пешей доступности от вокзала, потому что мы приезжали вечером на поезде из Ташкента и уезжали рано утром тоже на поезде. Но если вы планируете пешком ходить до Регистана или Сиабского базара, то возможно будет не очень удобно, это примерно час пешком. Хотя мы ходили несколько раз, но мы большие любители погулять :) До исторического центра можно легко добраться на такси примерно за 30 минут и 25-30 тысяч сум. В целом от квартиры только положительны впечатления, очень рекомендую."

"The hotel is surrounded by greenery and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It is about a 12–15 minute walk to the main road, where you can find supermarkets, fast-food outlets, and various restaurants. The TV Tower is also within walking distance, just over 20 minutes away. All staff members were warm, approachable, and efficient, which greatly enhanced the overall experience."

"Beautiful location and a more friendly owner is hard to find! Shodman ate dinner with us, told us about the area, took us on a fantastic hike and helped organize our trip back to Samarkand. The food was among the better we had in Uzbekistan."

The location is perfect for walks in the mountains and valleys nearby. The accommodation is as to be expected for a mountain guesthouse: cosy but basic."

"We had the best time ever! The family is very kind and fun, we played volleyball with the kids and felt right at home. The rooms are cozy and private. The mountain view is also a plus. The mum cooks all the meals and is an incredible cook. The variety of the meals is remarkable! We definitely recommend it and cant wait to go back! They also took care of every activity we wanted to do. We already miss it!"

"The family were very welcoming. The horse riding they organised was fabulous, one of the highlights of our entire holiday in Uzbekistan. Hiking opportunities straight from the door or just some time chilling in a very relaxed atmosphere . Home cooked rustic food was really nice and plentiful. We were lucky enough to be joined by the family to eat dinner on two of our 3 night stay, the last night was too cold for them to sit out though. Breakfast was great too. The showers in the guest block are very good ( but the right hand one doesn’t drain well)"
"We enjoyed the stay at the guest house. We stayed 2 nights but would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the calm environment. The manager helps to organize trips, which we appreciated. In general Ruslan (the manager) was very friendly and making sure that all our needs are met during the stay. The food was good and the rooms spacious and clean."
