"We loved the location of this hotel. It is close to everywhere you want to go in Punta del Este. Only minutes to either beach, with many places to eat, drink, or shop nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room, although very small, was clean and comfortable."
"The WiFi was a big problem for us. It was terrible. We depend on WiFi because we do not have expensive data plans for our phones, and when WiFi is advertised as being available, we expect that it will work. It did not work half the time, and when it did, it was very slow. This was the only hotel of many that we stayed in throughout Uruguay that had this problem."
"The hotel is conveniently located close to the beaches and La Mano. There is private parking, but that will be challenging for a larger vehicle."

"El hotel cuenta con una ubicación excelente y condiciones de higiene muy adecuadas. La atención del personal fue destacable, siempre amable y con una clara orientación al servicio. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el aire acondicionado, ya que no funcionaba correctamente; sin embargo, la respuesta por parte de la recepción fue inmediata y eficiente. Nos ofrecieron de forma instantánea el cambio de habitación, solucionando el problema de manera oportuna y satisfactoria. En general, quedamos muy conformes con la atención recibida y con la experiencia durante nuestra estadía."
