"A great spot on the edge of town. Nice place to relax after your exertions in the forest! Staff were great and the manager set me up with a great gorilla trek. He seems to be 'the man' to arrange tours for the area."

"We really enjoyed being at karungi camp! The staff is super friendly, helping out and the food is just delicious! In the evening we played games together which was so fun! We did the gorilla trekking at Rushaga and it was just perfect! Gordy helped us out getting everything settled for that. Even if your not doing the trekking we highly recommend that place! The area is really nice and the community has a lot of important and interesting projects going on, wich were impressive to see!"

"A hidden gem in a quiet location and big rooms. Plenty of food options and the staff were super friendly. It felt safe with the gate and security cameras around the property. The rear sitting are and it was good to walk around the big gardens"
