"Good breakfast with fresh fruits. Friendly staff, peaceful and green atmosphere despite being in a capital city. Quirky decor and rooms which were appealing and had character. Good for a family as we all shared one cottage."
"This probably isn't the hotel's fault, but someone must have either hacked them or booking.com as prior to my visit I kept getting whatsapp messages from random phone numbers (including USA and India) of people claiming to be forest cottages admin staff who required confirmation of my booking. I wasn't stupid enough to give these people my bank card details as Booking.com had already confirmed the booking, but it was annoying. I told hotel staff about this who seemed to already be aware of the issue."

"We had to wait 45 minutes after we reach the hotel at 4pm to have our room while it was supposed to be ready by 12pm."
