"Great location - 5min walk from train station, liuhe night market, a lot of nice eateries, and there's a 7-11 at level 1. Place is well maintained and clean (which is our top priority). Hot and cold drinking water provided in the shared area is well appreciated. Host is super helpful and always ready to help and share information. And there's a swing in the room which the kids love! Note: access to lift lobby is beside 7-11"

"we like The Light Inn as a whole. as soon as we walk in the door, we appreciate its sublime beauty of rustic interior, from the hallway; up the stairs or the lift and to our rooms. as The Inn is situated high up the hill, it has an obstructed ocean-view in every angle and plenty of natural light. our rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. the host is exceptional friendly and helpful. they also make great breakfast."

"A pretty good room, which was comfortable for the six of us. The kids have gone mad when they saw the glass panels of the bathroom. All in all, it's at the perfect location next to the night market, but it isn't worth visiting as of now after the earthquake. Maybe in a couple of months or so, but Hualien isn't touristy now."
