"This is a very new place. Everything is clean and beautiful. the room I stayed was decorated like mediterranean style. It was close to the HSRail and the Kaoshuing ARENA. It was also near the night market if you like to eat the night market food."

"Secured entrance to main building. Quick response and good communication from Hotel Staff/owners. We had a Deluxe Quadruple Room. Room and bathroom are moden, clean and spacious. We love the design. "Location was a 5-min walk from Ruifeng Night Market so late-night dinners are not a problem. There is a convenience store and a supermarket between the hotel and Ruifeng so that was also very convenient. The staff who checked us in was a friendly lady who stayed back to allow us to check in late. No issues with the room at all. Looks exactly like the photos in the website."

"The walking distance to Kaoshiung Arena MRT station is longer than it looked on Google Map but still walkable. It rained continuously for all the days that we were there so the walks seemed awfully longer. Not many breakfast choices around the area."

"Homely feel with shared full kitchen, free coffee and hot choc etc. Very nicely decorated themed rooms in this ariBnB type boutique hotel. Owner communication was excellent."

"I booked this hotel thinking it is walking distance to Kaohsuing High Speed Rail station, but it is not. (There are 2 Kaohsiung train stations). Our booked train was early in the morning, before the reception was staffed. So we could not get their help to call a taxi."

"Luna House is conveniently located near Zuoying HSR. The room is clean and spacious, just nice for a couple. The toilet is big and comes with all amenities. The staff is polite and friendly. They welcomed us when we checked in at midnight; and provided a map with many recommendations for vegetarian food as we are vegetarians. They offer to help us buy breakfast from nearby eatery. There is a nice kitchen with dining table for us to get hot drinks and coffee. The lady boss is exceptionally friendly and warm. She drove us to Ziyou traditional market to buy local produce and we got great buys! She even shopped and recommended nice stalls to us. She also sent us to Zuoying HSR station when we checked out. We feel very much at home!"

"The room was very large, split level with a separate sleeping area and cozy reading nook for our child. The decor was animal themed which my child loved. The main bed was huge and comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to check out about 45 mins late with no extra fee. Although no breakfast is available the hotel provides fresh fruit, cookies and drinks which was wonderful, and there is a good breakfast shop a few minutes walk away. The location is in a quiet area but walking distance to Ruifeng night market and a short drive to the lotus pond."
