"The hotel is clean and quiet. We requested an extra duvet, which was provided promptly and free of charge — a very nice touch. The breakfast was good, and the complimentary snack bar was also enjoyable."
"The hotel is located at the last stop on the MRT when traveling from Taoyuan Airport and the surroundings are not very convenient for walking, as there is no proper pedestrian path between the hotel and the train station, especailly in rainny day, quite hard to walk around. Next time, if I plan to stay closer to Taoyuan, I would choose accommodation in the opposite direction, toward Taipei Main Station, as there are many more things to see and do in that area."

"The room, although small, was clean and modern. The shower was great, nice and hot, and had good quality shampoo & conditioner. The bed was very comfortable with a nice duvet and pillows. We liked the included buffet breakfast, which had a good selection. The women at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful with directions, suggestions, and even sorting my coins. On our last day, we were able to store our luggage after checkout time, which we appreciated, and when we returned for it, they called a taxi to the airport for us."
"We found the room on the cool side, and finally figured out how to turn off the fan. But we should have asked for assistance, so I am not faulting the hotel."

"We really enjoyed the view, the soft bed and the shower room. I enjoyed the eco-friendly policy, even though we only stayed one night. We were happy that the shampoo/conditioner and body soap were in large reusable bottles. The tea and coffee service was also well appreciated. Also the breakfast room and the breakfast itself was over the top. We had help arranging a taxi and were able to pay by either cash or card."
"As for location, we really enjoyed the park nearby and the close location yo several restaurants and shopping. It's a little far from the station, but we found directions easily."
