"Was a little tricky to find, walked up the wrong way on the road but when found location is super. Hot tip, just walk past the Seven 11 and take the first right up the staircase and left at the top you will find accommodation don't use Google maps! Be sure to use the booking link before arriving, there is no front desk but staff are available on what's app and gave a code to go inside as we're hadn't registered. Make you sure have phone data as all entry im with or codes ans the door codes change daily. Rooms are comfortable and clean, mini fridge in room and access to shared water station. Good stay over all."

"Everything you need to know was explained and provided, especially if someone arrives late (as that might be an issue, especially in Jiufen). Great location, great facilities, nice support via messages all along in case of any doubts or random questions :)"

"For tall people, entrance to the bathroom is a bit tricky but that’s the case in many places."

"Fantastic place to stay in Jiufen. Self check-in and you need to have a QR code to open your door rooms. This mean you should have your phone with you always. Rooms were nice and clean . We booked 3 rooms and we were allocated 2 rooms in Building 1 and the other single room in Building 2. So we as a family were split. The two buildings are about 50 metres apart The location is nice and Jiufen has 100s of stairs, so keep the luggage light else you will suffer . Parking is a tricky in Jiufen. I found a guy who took about 10 CHF to park for overnight. Then I had to walk for about 10 minutes to the apartment."

"I booked 3 rooms and my rooms were split in 2 different buildings. As a family, this was a bit hectic for us. However it was for a night only and hence ok."

"I love the location as it’s very close to Jiufen Old Street yet still quiet and peaceful. The room is clean, and the bed is comfortable. The host sent me clear instructions about how to find the place closer to my stay, which was very helpful. There’s a shared kitchen downstairs, which is convenient, but note that there’s no lift, so it’s better not to bring large suitcases if your room is on a higher floor. In fact, it’s best to avoid bringing large luggage to Jiufen in general, as there are many stairs around the area."
