"The clerk was able to speak English and also was caring of the guests because when a last-minute guest came in, the price for a night's stay was quite high unlike the usual price for the hotel so the clerk told the guest he could consider it, but i think the guest was already set on staying so he agreed to pay the rate mentioned. I thought it was kind and thoughtful of the clerk to suggest the guest think it over because it was double what i paid, and other clerks would have been pushy or judgy about it but this clerk was very understanding."

"我們住的601燈光安排不太好；浴室的水流不能全往蓮蓬頭，會有部分仍從下方出水口流出，所幸水壓、水量充足影響不大，只是有點擔心會浪費水資源；馬桶按鍵的自動彈回有點卡住了喔！"
"這間內裝雖然不是很新、也可以看出有年代。但服務人員很用心、反映問題會立刻處理。 房間外面還又加裝一道門，隔絕走廊的噪音，位置也在交流道附近、離衛武營不遠，晚上可以去走走，還不錯。 只可惜這次因為要出門爬山，所以半夜退房、沒有吃到早餐，無法評論。 不要太在意內裝的話，我覺得CP值算高，畢竟不貴、有停車位又有早餐"
