"This should have been a 9 but no hot water for a shower. Also , I was told the wrong location for the breakfast, and the establishment has changed its name. It's now a burger café, nice food."

"Grootste ontgoocheling: ontbijt!! Enkel een voucher van 60 NTS ( bagel OF sandwich OF 1 koffie OF 2 fruitsapjes). Ontbijt op andere locatie met onvriendelijk personeel. Compensatie van beheerder tweede dag wegens gesloten plaats ontbijt : 200 NTS voor 2 personen. Buiten het ontbijt is verblijfplaats zeker aan te raden, heel mooi en goed gelegen."
"老闆人很好很能溝通 因為一樓房型只有四人房 直接給我們升級 房間寬敞 很像住小套房一樣 衛浴也非常滿意 很豪華 冷氣冷冰箱冷床超大超好睡 很乾淨舒適 地點方便 前面路程兩分鐘就有吃的洗衣便利商店都有 地理位置很好 就在羅東火車站出站走幾步路就到了! 超棒! 這是我這次五天4夜遊的最棒住宿了!"
""記得導航到住宿位置馬上就打給老闆" 因為地點位置比較隱密 在人家餐廳的房子旁的巷子內 因為沒有掛住宿牌子或住宿導引稍稍找了一下 因為門口看起來比較像一般住戶而且沒有人接待 要自己打電話喔! 沒有門口的接待人員 但是這樣也有好處啦 很自在~~"
"Our Hello Kitty room was so cute! Very clean, big comfortable bed, and a good shower. The bathroom was nice and clean. Tucked away in a quiet alley which we appreciated. They provided water and clean towels very frequently."

"位置很好，旁邊就有停車場 這個價格，cp值很高 房間很溫暖 床跟枕頭都很舒服，明明是民宿但睡起來就像在飯店 熱水也很充足，只是浴室很冷，想把最上面的窗戶關起來，但是太高了 插座跟燈都很充足，想要亮一點或暗一點都可以調整 床的兩旁都有插座 很臨時選的一間民宿，但很幸運這間民宿非常好"

"整體環境乾淨整潔，房間小巧溫馨還附冰箱，床非常舒適，浴廁有乾濕分離，續住也會幫忙收垃圾和換浴巾。距離徒步一兩分鐘的地方有投幣式洗衣店很方便"
"洗髮精、沐浴乳的部分是提供小包裝的備品，雖然不夠都可以拿，但還是覺得改成牆壁按壓式的會比較方便"

"The breakfast is simple but nice mix of western and Chinese. They even had vegetarian meat alternatives. The property was built in 2010, damaged by the typhoon in 2015 and then repaired. You can feel the history of the place, which is something I loved. It might not be for everyone if things like DIY repairs and signs of age bother you. The view is amazing. Having a large hot spring bath (hot and cold) for yourself is amazing. The staff are all very nice and polite and helpful."
