"Decent location, maybe 10 min walk from station. Cosy downstairs area with a scratchy cat. Beds are fairly comfy and have curtains. Owners are kind and helpful. 30% off bike rental for staying here."

"Hostel is located about 10min from Chishang Station. It is run by a young couple. They are very nice and help you out if you have questions about what to do. Water, tea and coffee is provided. Towels and ear plugs can be purchased. There is a locker in the room, which, however, is relatively small. The hostel is nicely designed and you can see that they really put a lot of thought in how to arrange and decorate everything. It’s is conveniently located to rent a scooter and explore the area and surrounding mountains or rent a bike and explore the fields etc. surrounding Chishang."
"There are quite many bunk beds in one room. Someone will be snoring, getting up etc. Almost certainly at any given time. If air conditioning is turned off, air gets really heavy quickly."

"Being picky as it seems usual in Taiwan, but the thin/very firm mattress. So hard like sleeping on a board. My bottom sheet didn’t stay put, every time i turned it became rumpled."
"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us information on where to rent your bikes and also great food recommendations! Also, I forgot something at the hostel and they shipped it to me without a problem. They are amazing!"
