"Staff are very friendly and helpful. I also like they let you leave your luggage under their watch before check in and after check out. It allows us more time to explore the area. Location is really excellent. We can actually see Xihu Station from our window but the room has double glazing. So it's not noisy at all. The place is handy to everything including good eateries and bus stops."
"If my memory is correct, I think there's no control on the air conditioning. I found the air was a bit dry in the night while sleeping."
"The location is perfect ! I was able to fully utilizing the MRT and other public transportation in Taipei. There are so many hidding gem(s) around that area. The Westlake city public library is the "must see" in compare with San Francisco's branch libraries. The "Second Floor Cafe" is right across the street, thumbs up all the way and the price was WTF low, LOL ! The hotel front desk personnel were very friendly and knowlegeble about the city in and out, and they were able to provide me with many tips for different "Night Markets" around the city, place(s) to see beside all the tourist spots. The house cleaning crew were also very friendly and provide very good cleaning services."
"sound proofing could be improof. however, this is a 30+ years old hotel, and it does not have too many noisy customers. I had only encounter one night with noise next door."
"My stay was great and exceeded my expectations. It's not the most modern accommodation, but it was cozy and had everything I needed. The air conditioning was a bit too strong (too cold) even after I adjusted the temperature, so you might want to bring an extra blanket or jacket for the room. Overall, I had a pleasant stay."

"First of all, this hotel has excellent position. It only takes one minute to the MRT Station. Then, The room is pretty aesthetic and well-cleaned. I can feel that they really put effort into cleaning that when I back to my room, it’s just feel like a new room."
"No towel for brushing my body. Also, they don’t memorize what customers look like, so you may need to show your key card to them to enter the hotel. It find it a bit annoying but not a big deal."

"Strategic location! There’s a nearby Starbucks, 7-11, and cafe. Xihu MRT station is also near and would take you around 2 mins to walk. The room is cleaned every day. The staffs are nice. One of the receptionists is very helpful. She helped us to make a call and booking reservation for a new year buffet."
