"3 bedrooms/ 3 bathrooms with all amenities including BBQ, washer/dryer, swimming pool Looks exactly like photos, safe and quiet area Outdoor area is excellent, both housekeeper and groundsman were friendly and polite Our flight was delayed and the owner graciously gave us late checkout which was perfect especially with kids We had everything we needed, highly recommend"

"The owner of the place was very very accommodating to our needs. Professional and efficient. The housekeeper is very humble and courteous as well as very welcoming. The place is generally be eh clean & feels like home away from home. The pool is warm even when the rain falls. Our experience here was fantastic."

"The place was amazing. The attention to the finest details were on point. I told my bro that this has to be mopatop's shop because it has anything you can think or dream of here. Lol. Loved the variety of wares and utensils provided. Loved how much different seating areas and places to relax there were. Loved the depth of the pool (7ft)"
"Water pressure was a little low in one room. I notified the host and he was more than happy to fix the problem. It was not a deal breaker by any means. These things happen. Be mindful of having too much loud fun after midnight. It is a residential, gated community after all."

"Great location, owner's pleasant personality, cleanliness, the feeling of home away from home,availability of all basic amenities, quietness, size of the accommodation, and the cost, parking on the enclosed compound added to the feeling of safety. As the first customer, the owners had a toast with me. That was great, unexpected, and exceptional. Will recommend it highly. 9/10"

"The host Hertis was exceptional, very kind to me and my family. Pick up from the airport was smooth, the room was very clean and decorative, all appliances worked well, the beds were king size and comfortable. Tunapuna had easy access to the bus route, UWI was five minutes away by transport and many food vendors, supermarkets and shops. He encouraged us to try the local doubles and to exercise. The area was quiet and people friendly. I would stay there again!! Keep u[p the good work at El Rincon."

"The location has great views all around. Buccoo beach, pigeon point and nylon pool! Wrapped in nature upon a hillside! Couldn’t have chosen a better location for my trip! Close to everything grocery stores, fruit stands, great restaurants and coffee shops. Beaches with in 10 minutes distance! Friendly Owner Great customer service Will definitely book my stay here again! Thanks"
