"Very good food, very good service. Very good location. Nice big pools, nice private beach, there is a nice waterpark. There is a pool in the gym which was closed but in my opinion should be opened for people who want to swim for gym purpose. Newly build resort, so everything was good (only finishing needs to be done everywhere, so hopefully they will do it after this season)."

"We left our pool float matress outside of the door and someone took it, and the customer relations didn't do much effort to find it back, although there were dozens of camera's and it would take them less than 5 minutes to find out who took it and where it went. So always do keep an eye on your stuff. But someone from the room service did give us an other floating thing for the pool the next day so we could use that instead. So that made up a little for it. So customer relations really need to step up their game!!!"

"Beautiful luxury new hotel. Service was amazing and very tasty food everywhere. The hotel has just been reopened June 2025 after being renovated to a very high standard. We were delighted to stay here. Ahmet was very helpful and booked our golf and dinner reservations. The spa is also very nice. We also got a late check out which was very helpful. All facilties here are lovely. Evening show was great too. They have a small waterpark for kids. Highly recommend we only stayed 2 nights but loved this hotel."

"Everything about the hotel is great. Pre-book amazing a la carte restaurants before you arrive! Outside confirm the taxi price. Uber and equivalent dont work in Belek. Book hotel transfer from booking.com. Hotel said 7 euro and taxi charged 10 euro for a 2 min drive (10 min walk) to shops and market. Montgomerie golf club, if you hire clubs take photos before and after drop. They tried to charge for a lost club but found it."

"The water slides were fun for children of all ages. The food and variety were exceptional. The spicy beef burger at Quantine Restaurant was absolutely memorable. The almond ice cream comes as an absolutely refreshing treat after a day of activity in the hot sun."

"Room was spacious, the main restaurant is very large with an outside space. There is a lot to choose from. For dinner, we had mexican one night, italian another, turkish etc. The pools have more than enough life guards around which shows they take safety seriously. The customer service at Paloma is fantastic. My toddler spilled water on the bed. I called the reception requesting they change the sheets, someone was at our door within 2 minutes!"
