"Høfligt og imødekommende personale. Ok buffet i forhold til prisen. Fine værelset med de mest nødvendige ting, og fin rengøringsstandard. All inclusive virkede fint prisen taget i betragtning. Ikke den helt store variation, men man betaler heller ikke en formue for det."

"Vandtrykket i badet var så lavt at bruseren ikke altid ville holde sig tændt. Derfor skulle man jævnligt hive i omskifteren. Ellers ingen udfordringer."

"The rooms were modern and well equipped with everything necessary. Small balcony with nice view. The cleaning lady provided us with fresh towels every day. With the all-inclusive package, you can get drinks at the bar almost anytime, and the pool was also very nice. The food was delicious with plenty of variety. The only thing missing was real orange juice for breakfast instead of the ready-made ones. Apart from that, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mustafa, who was very welcoming and very talkative. We really enjoyed these small conversations. The location is great as well – right in front of Cleopatra Beach and only a few minutes by car or bus to the city center."

"The rooms could have been cleaner when we arrived, and it would have been nice if water had been provided in the room or minibar during the whole stay. The beach itself is nice, but be aware that it’s very rocky with sharp edges, which makes it quite hard to enter the water and the waves are very strong."

"We had to book this hotel at 0430 in the morning due to arriving at our original hotel, which was absolutely disgusting (still had the last people bedding and towels) - we were told to sleep in the lobby. - we book Kleopatra Celine stressed and dishevelled. It was perfect. The staff were so amazing, comforting, supportive and lovely. The hotel was spotless - service was perfect and they also upgraded us due to our experience."

"The food needs to be labelled better. We have severe food allergies so we didn't really know what we could have. Found a few restaurants near by so it was perfect, again."

"Time spent in this hotel was great! The location is perfect to hit the beach, the people who work at the hotel were friendly and made us feel very welcome. The food was good, although some dishes were a miss. Everything was matching the expectation and general impression is totally positive."

"We spent a wonderful week here, really enjoyed and it was so relaxing. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, the food was also delicious and everyone can find the right meal that he's looking for (starters, variety of salads, meat, seafood, soup, desserts). Buffet breakfast, buffet lunch and buffet dinner, plus cookies in the afternoon are included. Drinkwise - beer, wine, coffee, soft drinks and basic spirits (whisky, gin, vodka, raki) are included in the all inclusive and for the rest you need to pay, but it is in a really good price-value rate anyway. We had stunning seaviews of our balcony. It was Turkish dance show one night and live music the other night. We really recommend this hotel."

"We were very pleased with the size of two rooms suite, and the main part was just a fascinating view of the beautiful beach from our balcony. We enjoyed the sea breeze every morning and evening (after coming back from swimming and tanning on the beach which was so close), with a fresh cup of tea sitting on that balcony. Location of the hotel is convenient, not far from main attractions, yet in the relatively quiet place being in just 10-15 mins of walk from central part of the city. Wi-fi quality is good, food variety was quite big (fish, beef, chicken, turkey meat with various salads, sauces, fruits and deserts), staff is always friendly and super helpful."
