"Fantastisk ophold med skøn atmosfære! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Vi havde et fantastisk ophold! Værelset var rent, rummeligt og havde en dejlig udsigt. Personalet var utrolig venligt og hjælpsomt – de gik virkelig den ekstra mil for at gøre vores ophold mindeværdigt. Morgenmaden var lækker og havde et stort udvalg af friske råvarer. Beliggenheden var perfekt, tæt på både centrum og offentlig transport, men stadig stille og fredelig. Vi vil helt sikkert komme tilbage og anbefaler dette sted varmt til andre rejsende!"

"The hotel is ideally situated for travellers who do not want to depend on the heavy trafic. But prefer metro. Is is very easy to get to the airport. The hotel has confortable rooms, with all amenities. But more importantly, it has a great staff at the reception desk. There is a difference between good and exceptional hotels. The young lady who did our check in and check out made this difference with her kindness and empathy. She is a real asset for the hotel."

"The room was amazing, big and bright, the bed super comfortable, lots of fluffy pillows and everything was sparkling clean. There were complimentary bottles of water every day. Thank you so much Sehri for taking good care of me during my stay! I will definitely choose the hotel for my next stays!"

"The lady waiter at the lounge restaurant was impatient and her politeness came across as fake. My food arrived late and cold. I could not have my dinner charged to my room. Had to be paid instantly. I will not choose dining there again."

"I had a pleasant stay at Grand Cevahir Hotel, and the overall service was satisfactory. Special thanks to Ms. Anzalet, the Reservation Manager, for her warm welcome, kindness, and professional hospitality, which made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and cooperative throughout my stay. The hotel experience was generally good; however, improving the level of cleanliness and giving more attention to housekeeping details would further enhance the guest experience. In addition, the interior design and furniture feel somewhat outdated and could benefit from modernization. Overall, it was a good stay, and I appreciate the hotel management for their hospitality and efforts."

"We loved everything. Parking is extremely limited in this area and the roads are very hectic so we didn’t make it to our originally booked hotel as we just couldn’t get there. They were very understanding. We booked this hotel because it had Parking about 10 minutes before we arrived and everything about this hotel Was just perfect. If we could rate it more than 5 out of five we would as it deserves more than 5 out of five the staff couldn’t do enough for you especially in the restaurant for the evening meal. I am a vegetarian and it’s quite difficult to get vegetarian evening meals so they made me an omelette And some other bits and pieces which was really kind of them. The food in the hotel is exceptional and really good value for money. All of the staff are exceptional. We were upgraded to a suite which was out of this world. They turned a disaster into a real success for us. It would be the only place I would book again when we come back to this area."
