Dar Souad

"Et særdeles hyggeligt hotel med en dejlig gårdhave, der er en lille grøn oase. Værelserne er rummelige og pæne med fin air con. Morgenmaden er hjemmelavet og lækker. Der er en rigtig god stemning og et sødt og hjælpsomt personale. Poolen er meget lille og vi brugte den ikke. Til gengæld er stranden fin og ligger ca. 900 meter fra hotellet. Vandet var dejlig varmt i havet i midten af oktober (25 grader). Vores børn nød at lege med hunden og katten på stedet. Vi kan varmt anbefale dette hotel. Der er tog til centrum af Tunis og det er nemt at komme til Nordkystens seværdigheder med de ekstremt billige taxaer."

"Dar souad is a wonderful hotel, the hall and the dining room are absolutely beautiful and the rooms are no less spectacular. The beds are very comfy and warm and the bathroom is very clean and comfortable. The hostess was always available and very kind and approachable, plus she spoke perfect english (not common in Tunisia in my experience). The stuff in general was very very nice and the breakfast was very tasty."

"The only two things that we didn’t like were the wifi which worked well but not perfectly with ios, while it almost never worked with android. Plus when we arrived we discovered that only credit cards were accepted or cash, I think this should have been better advertised as I have never had any hotel not accept a debit card in my experience so I took it for granted."

"Delightful ambience with a very hospitable approach from the staff, the proprietor and family, who were also very helpful in enabling us to master local taxis - essential for getting around reasonably. Very good dinners on request."

"Well located, clean, nice pool, quiet, easy check in and check out, flexible, nice breakfast. The room was super comfortable and it was just what I needed to spend a few days getting some mental rest break. The bathroom was also amazing and a nice terrace. Taxis come very easy and it is cheap to move around the city."

The area also felt very safe, which is so important when you're traveling by yourself. I highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Tunis, whether for work or leisure. It’s an incredible gem in the heart of La Marsa!"
