Our private room was clean and had a desk and kettle. The shower was hot and had lots of pressure. One of the two beds was very comfortable."

"Our private bathroom had a bit of a smell (fairly standard smell in Central Asia), and the water didn't drain properly from the shower, so there was a bit of pooling under the sink. One of the two beds was a bit springy and not that comfortable. Also, our room overlooked the courtyard and there were people being loud until the middle of the night. Only one laundry machine for dozens of people, so there can be a bit of a queue."

"A "tourist container" with all its pros and cons. Very decent rooms, very helpful staff - the place really feels Western. Cheap kurutobkhana offering extra large portions of kurutob is just a few minutes of walk from here. Location is great - on a walking distance both to the airport and to the city centre. It is logical that everyone goes here - we also chose this "verified hassle free" option twice."

"Probably the only place in Tajikistan where we felt we are flooded by other tourists - if you enjoy tranquility and like to stay away from other tourists in order to get in touch with locals, you might consider choosing another place."

"We stayed in a private room and were really impressed. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a big difference in the heat. Having a mini fridge and a kettle in the room was a huge plus — it was so convenient to store food or make a cup of tea without going anywhere. Laundry facilities were also great, with plenty of space to dry clothes on racks. It was conveniently located close to a main road with cafes, restaurants and a great supermarket, and a short taxi to the main attractions like independence monument and the museum. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, even arranging a taxi for us to the border when we left for Samarkand. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with thoughtful touches that made our time much easier."
