"When we came 30 min late because of tour delay on the day of check out -all our thing were already kicked out of the room and left in lobby . Luckily we managed to pack early morning, other wise probably will be collecting our stuff all around the place . Felt very disrespectful after this kind of movement of the staff there Also we got free update of our room , so it had 3 bottles of water , for two of us. So we thought we could use it. But after our check out one of the staff members started to demand us to return the bottles or to pay 5$ Also felt very weird and uncomfortable"
