"Nice room for 3 people with a private bathroom and patio in the front. The room was comfortable and despite the noise pollution, we actually quite enjoyed our stay of 4 nights! There's a kitchen and a nice hanging out area upstairs, which we unfortunately only discovered last minute. Seven11 is conveniently near and the closest city beach just 15min walk away!"

"The wifi signal was a bit weak at times - if you're trying to work or have a video call, better use your mobile hotspot! The constant noise from outside. The guesthouse is right next to a busy road and a train station and the noise seemed to go on through the night (I'm sensitive to noise while trying to sleep). The earplugs are a must! And first night i also wore noise cancelling headphones but following few nights i guess i got used to it and earplugs were enough. There's a bit of a humid smell in the room but turning on AC helps."

"The bed was huge - must be superking. The weight of the duvet perfect for the climate and the mattress ..... best sleep I've had in years despite normally being restless due to arthritis. Some really useful touches by the host - fridges in rooms and plug adapters to uk sockets."

"The location is convenient but there is some road and rail noise - we were on 1st floor - probably less on ground floor. There is also music not sure if its from foodcourt - seems to stop 11p.m. Despite this it really was a comfortable, good sleep."

"Very cosy, spacious room, nice kitchen and dining area on the first floor. Actually, all you need. ... and all with an excellent price. We arrived very late. Booking did not mention checking/out time, so I assumed 24/7. We were lucky, that the owner still was awake. Thank you."

"A bit noisy. For us it's not a problem, as we used to sleep well. The location is at an air distance of 200m from the very nice food yard in Hua Hin. But there is no direct walking possible. So we were eating and drinking in the hotel and listening to the (very loud) music of the band in the food place. Probably a better and more romantic choice after all. :-)"

"Good price, friendly owner and good in English so nice to communicate with. Room was fine, all was clean just close the door as you are next to some bushes. We went back as it was also conveniently prices when you need to take the train in the evening."
