"Parking was convenient. Location was good for night market. Breakfast acceptable with wide range of food"
"Pool wasn’t that inviting"
"The hotel staff were very helpful and the room was clean and plenty big enough. We had a meal and a drink on our first night in hotel restaurant which was good and very reasonably priced. There was plenty of choice for breakfast however as westerners the choices were a bit limited and there were no pork products. Eggs, toast, cereals and plenty of local delicacies on offer."
"These are not complaints they are simply observations. The hotel has a pool but it is very small, in the shade so it's cold and the 4 sun beds have no padding so they're uncomfortable. Because the hotel has a busy conference centre at times the 2 lifts were impossible to catch. Unbeknown to us, bad planning on our part, the hotel is not in a tourist area. There were some nice restaurants locally however you needed to search them out. There is no beach locally however the beach at Ao Macao was excellent, it's a tuk tuk ride but was a relaxing day out."
"The hotel is ideally located for exploring the area. Room was spacious and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with so much on offer with staff more than willing to advise on what thai food to choose."
"The air conditioning was a bit loud, especially through the night. Disappointed that the swimming pool was not open for us despite the pictures on booking.com suggesting it would be open. Shame there wasn't a restaurant or bar in the hotel.(at least not when we were there). Nowhere really to sit outside to relax."

"It's a great hotel. The location is perfect, close to the train station and also very close to the sea. The beach here is just to enjoy looking at, you can't go in the water. Very big waves. The hotel has a pool. It was a bit too cold outside so we didn't go in. The breakfast is great. Very close to night market."
