"We like the homely feel and being surrounded by lush greenery. The food was homecooked with variety even though we requested for dinner at very short notice. It did not feel touristy at all. Our hosts alao treated us to some local fruits which we had never tried before."

"We stayed with Nui and Gerard for three nights and had a wonderful time. The bungalows are idyllically situated on a rubber plantation surrounded by lush greenery, and our children had a blast exploring nature. The houses are simply furnished, clean, and exactly what we had hoped for. The two are warm and welcoming hosts and took excellent care of us: they provided delicious meals (Nui is a fantastic cook), organized a private boat trip for us in Phang Nga Bay, drove us to the nearby waterfall for swimming, and even took us to the local market with Nui early in the morning. But what we are especially grateful for is how they helped us with our daughter's vaccination – Gerard even drove us to the hospital, helped with registration, and waited for us next door until we were ready!"

"The owners are very friendly, their home made food was delicious, and there's free hot drinks available 24/7. The garden is lovely and very peaceful. Rooms have ample plugs and the shower was the best we've had on this trip. Possibly the best shower I've ever had in Thailand 🤣 they also recycle and are mindful about the environment. They have lots of good local information."

"I booked this place knowing it offers a different kind of stay, and it truly delivered. The property is surrounded by lush, natural greenery wild yet beautifully maintained. The simplicity of the bungalows is complemented by the sounds of nature all around, perfect for anyone who loves a peaceful, natural setting. What really makes the experience special is the warm, family-like hospitality of the hosts, Gerard and Nui. They do everything to make the stay enjoyable from helpful recommendations for nearby and distant attractions, to delicious homemade Thai dishes, to interesting and friendly conversations. We loved our time here and truly enjoyed the experience. Thank you."

"Beautiful relaxing location in the country. Gerard and Nui are fantastic hosts and looked after us very well. They even took us to visit a cave temple and to a Buddhist festival in a local village. The accommodation was exactly as expected and breakfast was good. Nui cooked nice evening meals. They also organised onward transportation for us. Overall a great stay."

"This is a privately owned apartment in a complex. It is ground floor in a quiet corner. The apartment is large and is modern with every conceivable appliance you could wish for in the kitchen/lounge.including large fridge, washing machine, hob and microwave. The Bedroom can be separated by ajoining doors. Bed huge and comfortable. Wardrobe large with lots of hangers. There's a safe in the lounge. Bathroom has a non slip walk in shower. There are separate AC units in the lounge/kitchen and Bedroom which is a great idea. You can sit out frint or back. Now the apartment is like a shop. It has games beach stuff sun hats even a couple of crash helmets if you want to rent a bike. The Pool is large and well designed with plenty of sun beds. 10 mins walk to beach.What I also liked was it was next door to Retro Sports Bar which showed all the Foootball Matches and had draft Guinness and next to that a great Kebab Shop."

"Per and Sirilak's apartment at Kamala Regent is lovely. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and provided helpful information on request. Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment and friendly people to deal with. Walking distance to just about everything under 1km. Some local coffee and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. On-site facilities such as pool, restaurant and gym very nice and clean. Security were happy to call a taxi for us when we weren't up for walking. We highly recommend and would absolutely stay again. Thank you for making our stay in Kamala memorable 💖"
