"This was right next to the old city. So good walking distant to a lot of places - so very convenient. The staff were helpful and quick to respond. Yes the hotel may be a little old and dated. But it was clean and had what I needed. So very happy to have stayed there and would definitely stay there again 😀"

"Installing simple net curtains would be a bonus so you could allow natural light in without having to draw the curtains closed and use electricity. Bedside lamp doesn't seem to be a thing for Thai hotels/guest houses 😅"
"I read mixed reviews of the place, but I found everything clean and fine. I'm guessing that the folks at the hotel are responsive to the negative feedback and taking care of problems from before. For example, someone before had written that they wished there was drinking water, and they gave me two bottles for each day of my stay there. Not luxurious, but it was a decent place and everything worked. I would definitely recommend for the price."

"Normal room :) I had a comfortable bed, the staff is super nice!! The lady in charge is lovely! and I felt very well there. It is just outside of the wall, so very close to the city center by walk. It has a fridge, hot water and it is clean. I always came back to stay there."

"This is a privately owned apartment in a complex. It is ground floor in a quiet corner. The apartment is large and is modern with every conceivable appliance you could wish for in the kitchen/lounge.including large fridge, washing machine, hob and microwave. The Bedroom can be separated by ajoining doors. Bed huge and comfortable. Wardrobe large with lots of hangers. There's a safe in the lounge. Bathroom has a non slip walk in shower. There are separate AC units in the lounge/kitchen and Bedroom which is a great idea. You can sit out frint or back. Now the apartment is like a shop. It has games beach stuff sun hats even a couple of crash helmets if you want to rent a bike. The Pool is large and well designed with plenty of sun beds. 10 mins walk to beach.What I also liked was it was next door to Retro Sports Bar which showed all the Foootball Matches and had draft Guinness and next to that a great Kebab Shop."
"Per and Sirilak's apartment at Kamala Regent is lovely. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and provided helpful information on request. Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment and friendly people to deal with. Walking distance to just about everything under 1km. Some local coffee and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. On-site facilities such as pool, restaurant and gym very nice and clean. Security were happy to call a taxi for us when we weren't up for walking. We highly recommend and would absolutely stay again. Thank you for making our stay in Kamala memorable 💖"

"The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a short home stay or even longer. Good-sized bedrooms, comfy beds and a nicely set up kitchen. The air conditioner works well. It was lovely to sit on the balcony at night and first thing in the morning and hear the jungle. It is a bit out of the way, so it is quite quiet, which was perfect for us. You will need the use of Grab or hire your own transport to get in and out of Kamala and beyond. The pool was nice and a lovely area to chill out in."
