"Stayed here whilst on a cycle tour in the region, on advice of a friend who lives in Bangkok and had stayed here previously. I was not disappointed. Absolutely charming traditional property on the river and run by a couple that clearly take pride in providing hospitality. I loved it here. Having stayed in everything from backpacker places to 5* hotels, this stay will be remembered fondly for a long time. An excellent evening meal was also provided at a fair price (I gave advance warning I'd need to eat when I booked). Highly recommended."

"Staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. Such a great experience. We had the teakwood room with 2 king beds and the whole family slept really well. They were able to arrange a boat to pick us us to see fireflies and it was incredible. Highly recommend"

"Duper nice and friendly owner. Easy accommodations with nice view. The monk is visiting the hostel by river boat early in the morning. Good to make a pray with Thai tradition receive the blessing."

"So far the best host ever for me! A genuine man impersonating the pure thai hospitality and making you feel home all the time! Not even speaking perfect english, with his mobile translator he was always keen to accomplish any request in the best way. Preparing the private tour I was asking for, giving suggestions, advices about the sorrounding attractions. The whole family is charming and the house vibe is terrific, the best place to breathe the countryside with the final touch of the river that is what we needed to feel the floating market environment. Clean room, furnished in the proper way, with a beautiful river view enriched by a lovely sunset! Kayak available to make your own trip if needed. Nice thai style breakfast, with some drops of continental style."

"Breakfast was very nice and prepared for us. They let us use their very good bikes to bike around, the owner went kayaking with us (they lent us their kayak too) and they dropped us off to nearby markets very kindly."

"Les patrons tout à fait charmants et serviables, aux petits soins. Très chouette buffet le matin. Grande et belle chambre, très bien équipée. Clim, frigo, jolie salle d'eau. Terrasse directement au bord d'une calme rivière. Places de parking."

"L'endroit est très mal indiqué. Il semble se trouver carrément dans l'enceinte d'un temple. On approche, on hésite, et finalement on y est ! Aucune pancarte, tout est écrit en thai. Dommage, surtout quand on arrive après la tombée de la nuit... Un peu trop éloigné de Amphawa et du fameux Damnoen Saduak floatting market. Pas de restaurants à proximité, juste 2 mini-supérettes pour acheter de quoi grignoter le soir dans la chambre. Attention, une nouvelle habitation commence à se construire juste collée à la GH, donc sans doute des nuisances à venir dans les prochains mois..."
