"I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Amaka Bed & Breakfast in Chiang Mai. Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the whole place has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. What truly made my stay truly special was the amazing staff - especially Prim. She was absolutely wonderful - kind, helpful, and smiling, always ready with great recommendations about what to see and do. The breakfast was delicious and a perfect start to the day. I also used the laundry service and my clothes came back absolutely perfect - fresh, clean, and very well taken care of. I highly recommend Amaka Bed & Breakfast to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. It’s a special place with truly exceptional people. Thank you, Prim and the whole team, for making my stay so memorable!"

Ask them for tours to various places since they have various cooperations with tour companies like Thai Cooking class, sticky waterfalls, elephant sanctuaries. Actually cheaper prices than on booking, getyourguide and co."

"Receptionists and owners are very lovely and helpful people. They help with tours and transfers. Breakfast is cooked by the owners. Everything is clean, tidy and cozy. Room is being cleaned everyday and the fridge is replenished with water ☺️ Close to a night market and the city center. My wife was really amazed by the scented candle lamp."

"The hostel has a calm, nourishing atmosphere—extremely clean, cozy, and warmly decorated, with a beautiful Christmas tree. Everything feels good quality, even the shampoo. The bed is comfortable and high quality. The staff are very helpful and polite. Special thanks to Nuna and Prim for their warm hospitality and positive energy. I also appreciated the clear rules that create a respectful environment. This place truly feels like a small dream to stay in. Highly recommended."

"We found this to be a comfortable and calm stay in a fab location just outside the old town. The room was really nicely appointed with a comfy bed and great electric shower, and the mini bar was good value. This place is super good value for money overall, especially with breakfast included. The staff are helpful and friendly. We didn't need to use their assistance but could see them helping others to arrange tours."
"We would recommend a water refill station so we could refill our reusable bottles. And maybe some tofu for vegans and veggies for a replacement for the meat that gets taken out of breakfast options."
