"Very impressee by the huge room, very clean and bed and pillows very confortable. Nice view from the balcony and you can get to the grace bay beach in less than 5minutes. Staff was friendly. Happy that light breakfast was included, which isn’t in the majority of places on TCI."

"The bedrooms were superb - it was great to have all that space and comfort. The whole place was quiet and peaceful, and I could barely hear other guests while in my room. I also really liked the breakfast: it was simple but super nice (delicious, fresh pastries, bagels, juice, cereals, etc). The staff at reception and at the beach were friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel isn't on the beach but close enough (3-5' walk) - it was a big plus to have so many sunbeds available right next to the sea. The rooms, gardens and pool area were well kept, comfortable, clean and relaxing. After checking out, the staff kindly accepted to look after my luggage and I was allowed to wait by the pool before checking in at my next place."

"The water from the bath tub came out green every time (I suspect this is excessive copper from the pipes but I can't be sure). After every bath I had, I got rashes on my arms and legs - once I realised it were the baths, I stopped having them. This was my main issue as it's clearly a health hazard. The customer service is limited to breakfast, room maintenance, security and pool side drinks (but they do these very well). No other service is offered to guests. No drinks by the beach or hotel restaurant or food service whatsoever. The hotel staff kindly helped me get taxis but when I asked then how much I should expect to be charged, the taxis always charged me twice as much. I mentioned this but it was shrugged off. I guess it's difficult to avoid in the island. The path to the beach is super short but confusing. It's not obvious which path is public access and is easy to end up going through another resort's private property (accidentally) then be told off by their security staff. It should be made clearer to guests to avoid uncomfortable situations."
