"The house is comfortable in a quiet location. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short due to a medical issue that needed regular treatment in town—no fault of the host or house."

"The properlly IS a nice land un a calm área and the wolden House IS very pretty and well equiped. But the BEST was the treatment from the owner Joana and his college Eloy that were super helpfull all the time. They help in all we ask and during the stay they were asking about our stay every couple of days. We Will definetily o back when going to this beautifull island Sao tomé Was a super nice trip Thanks a lot Joana and Eloy for everything"

"Casa muy cómoda para pasar unos días y establecer base para ver la zona noreste y centro de la isla. La cama es cómoda, con mosquiteras. Cocina con lo necesario para poder hacerse desayunos y alguna comida simple. Ropa de cama y toallas. Aire acondicionado y wifi bueno."
"El tema de la energía eléctrica condiciona un poco la estancia. Hubo cortes de varias horas durante los 4 días, y aunque teníamos un generador a gasolina, por la noche debe apagarse y no permite el uso de AC/wifi. Esto realmente no depende de la casa, ya que las casas de la zona también lo sufren. Solo ha de tenerse en cuenta según las comodidades que uno busque. Nosotros repetiríamos aquí sin dudar a pesar de este "inconveniente"."
"Gostamos particularmente porque este alojamento é "típico" de São Tomé. Gostamos da decoração, limpeza, disponibilidade dos funcionários, a tranquilidade, sossego do local, mas há algo que é muito importante informar: PRESSÃO DA ÁGUA... a pressão da água do chuveiro é mesmo muito boa, pois praticamente todo o país a pressão da água é muito fraca. A Joana e o Eloy foram pessoas sempre disponíveis e atenciosas. Recomendamos vivamente este alojamento. Aliás voltaremos aluga-lo com toda a certeza."

"House is beautiful,spacious and clean. Has everything you need for your holiday. Place is surrounded by plenty of tropical trees and plants and birds singing. Hosts are very welcoming and happy to assist with everything. I recommend Casa Augusto."

"Rooms are spread over several terraces with lots of flowers. We were on the top and had a great view. Being at elevation, it's nice and cool at night. No fans needed. Great new showers with good hot water. They have a pump system through which there is still water when the power is out. A generator is turned on if there is a power cut in the morning or evening. The restaurant is very good. During lunch it is particularly well visited. For breakfast and dinner it's primarily hotel guests. Great breakfast with lots of fruits and good bread. Dinner was a daily changing dish by a daily rotating local chef. Large parking lot. Nearby attractions are Monte Café and Cascata de São Nicolau."
"Fiquei apenas por uma noite pois foi a última noite antes da partida, mas posso dizer que fiquei surpreendida. A localização é meio escondida, apesar de muito central, e por fora a entrada mete um pouco de medo mas, ao entrar vê-se logo o pátio super agradável e as portas de vidro para o quarto que até é espaçoso. Tem boa luminosidade também. Tem uma secretária simpática, internet, mini fridge, cama grande e um espelho corpo inteiro que para as mulheres é sempre uma mais valia! O rapaz que não recebeu foi super querido, recebeu-nos tarde explicou tudo bem explicadinho e notou-se que tinham o negócio bem organizado."

"L'allotjament està ben situat, a prop del centre neuràlgic de la ciutat de São Tomé i del Parque Popular. Les instal·lacions són senzilles però comfortables pel preu que es paga. L'amo de l'allotjament, el senyor Eliso, ens va fer sentir com a casa i es va assegurar que no ens faltava de res."

"The accommodation is a little out of the way, but is an absolute winner in terms of price-performance ratio. There is nothing missing. About a 25 minute walk to a well-stocked supermarket and the top restaurant Papa Figo. To the beach, turn left and go straight on. There is also a bank branch with an ATM on the way."

"We are a family of 6 and we spent 20 days in this 3 bedroom spacious and comfortable house with excellent facilities and everything worked well starting from the air conditioning in all of the rooms, the standby generator, kitchen appliances ie: boiler, washing machine, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooker etc, big smart TV with Netflix amazon prime in the living room. Located in the city centre and close to the shops and restaurants with easy street parking. The house also have a well maintained private front garden where residents can relax.. The house has been recently refurbished."
