"Hotel Joli er et fantastisk hotel, der drives professionelt, med et godt førstehåndsindtryk af en god rolig og hjælpsom velkomst i receptionen, alt personale var meget hjælpsomme og imødekomne. Et dejligt rent værelse med en stor terrasse og en fantastisk udsigt, (værelse 307). Rengøringen var helt i top, rene håndklæder hver dag. En virkelig god morgenmadsrestaurant med alt der hører sig til et godt morgenmåltid. Den tilhørende restaurant ”L’Osteria” er værd at gæste, med et lille, men godt udvalg af mad og vine til rimelige priser. Hotellet ligger meget tæt på det historiske centrum, samt busholdepladsen. Hotellet har privat parkeringsplads for kørende med bil."

"The bed was very comfy and the location was ideal for exploring the historic centre of San Marino. I'm sure that the bedrooms on the back of the building would have had a fantastic view of the valley below. In terms of the staff, the lady at reception on check-out in the morning (in particular) was lovely and friendly."

"Asked for three single beds and got a double. Small room but we were only there for one night Female receptionist was excellent. Male receptionist tried to charge us city tax twice. Bag storage was just in the reception near a sofa, not very secure or behind the reception desk, but overall San marino is safe."

"We arrived way before the check-in time and our room was already ready, the staff just welcomed us warmly and accommodated us right away. Everyone was extremely friendly throughout our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Convenient plugs next to the bed, a minibar, safe, hangers, plenty of space for clothes, good TV, and working AC (though we didn’t need it). The bathroom was large with excellent shower pressure. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and breakfast was delicious, warm scrambled eggs (rare at hotels!), very good coffee from the machine or even better if you ask the barista. The location is perfect, just steps from the historical center, close to parking, restaurants, shops, and bars. We also appreciated the discount cards for San Marino and the free drink at the restaurant next door. Overall, the quality felt above a 3-star standard."
