"Fantastic view and cosy place. We were staying with a big dog and it was no big deal. Very close to all the beautiful hiking routes around. Delicious breakfast as well. Highly recommended."

"The location was great, only around 5 - 7 minutes walk from the train station. It was quiet when the balcony was closed but the road down was rather noisy even at night. The noise of the stream in the woods was bearable after the first night. Finding the penzion was easy too, it's right next to a bus stop too. :) The bathroom was clean and very nice, and the facilities were wonderful. We loved the open buffet breakfast! A nice selection of vegetables too, though I wouldn't mind extra leafy greens such as iceberg lettuce or a Romain lettuce to add a variety. Good for vegetarians, but not for vegans. The people who owned the penzion were very nice and friendly."

"When we needed help with something or had a question, it was difficult to find someone to speak to. Often, there was no one at the reception and we weren't sure what to do. Also, the staff didn't exactly introduce themselves and it wasn't obvious who's got what role except for the lady whom I spoke to via text messages. I think a bit more transparency in communication could improve the experience. Being told ahead of time whom to speak to if there's a problem or who is there to help and at what times would be the most useful information that we didn't have. The wifi with no password was a big flag as that invites hackers straight in. Please set up a visitor-only password on the wifi and give it to the guests at the check-in for safety. The wifi seemed very slow for any kind of streaming service such as Netflix. Although I didn't eventually try to use it, seeing how slow it was just loading weather websites. One odd thing about the rooms was the position of the electric sockets. They were scarce and sometimes located at the top of the wall - very strange and hard to use."

And the food was extraordinary delicious, every day fresh and the new and different cakes every day, I just loved them. I was there for New Years Eve, who cooked that food is a real 5 stars shef. Thank you for all these good and nice experience ❤️"
