"Lovely hotel, very clean, beautiful breakfast area. Staff are really nice and try and help as much as they can. Housekeeping are also really friendly. Breakfast is lovely has a wide range of food on offer. Hard working , kind people staff. Our room was lovely, bathroom looks brand new!"
"The air conditioning was fully off. Where our room was in the hotel it just gets rather hot in there, we called reception but the only solution they gave was opening the window, which was already open, it was a small window that the room had so, each night we were boiling at night. Also maintenance men knocked at the door at 9am, no idea why as everything in the room was absolutely fine. They needed to access the bathroom but my partner was in the shower so i had to decline. A warning of someone coming to repair something would have helped. Still have no idea what they needed to do as everything was fully functioning."

"In general, the hotel met my expectations. A great plus came from Niki, the receptionist, who sent a package from Slovakia to Italy for me and was very kind in fulfilling this request. A premium service for something that was absolutely not required."
"The comfort of the room could be improved. I had to unplug the coffee machine to be able to plug in more than one electronic device. Nothing dramatic, but it's an improvement that could be made (for example, by adding a power strip, or even redoing the electrical system)"
"We stayed 3 in one room, which was biiiig enough, sofa, fotel, a large bed, where we slept with our 4 years old kid and it was convenient. In the price included was the breakfast in an amazing winter garden 😍 we loved it. I can just totally recommend this hotel. The stuff was also really kind and helpful."

"Surprisingly nice hotel in the middle of Levice. VERY nice staff in general, especially the receptionist with excellent English. Beautiful inner garden, cozy bars, nice breakfast area. Fantastic breakfast too. Good working air-condition. Fells like you never want to leave."
