"Checked into this hotel on Friday 13 March after a long day travelling. Staff very helpful gentleman with trainee on his name tag organised our check in and sorted taxi for airport in the morning. Pool was very nice and chilled very clean. We were offered a welcome drink in the bar and enjoyed a glass of procsseco. Hotel really felt upscale and grand yet staff friendly facilities wonderful my only disappoint,ent was that we weren’t staying longer!!"

"Fabulous location able to walk everywhere, only 5 mins walk to coach stop to Vienna. The room was lovely had a kettle, safe, mini bar. Had a room on the back so very quiet. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice so something for everyone. All of the staff were lovely and helpful especially those on reception. Would definitely stay here again should I return."

"Beautifully decorated hotel in the most perfect location. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We booked a room with river view overlooking the UFO Bridge was just picturesque. Rooms were clean and comfortable with great showering facilities. We were greeted with vouchers to take a free glass of prosecco in the bar after checking in. We also received a 10% off voucher on food and drink in the restaurant. Breakfast was lovely - plenty variety and choice. We thoroughly enjoyed the Spa Access to use the leisure facilities too. It was very quiet there and ideal for some time to relax and unwind."
"We don't have anything negative to say about this hotel. The only downside for us was that the use of the sauna wasn't an option as it was completely out of use. Other than that, it was a fantastic hotel."
