"The vila is located in a very good spot - easy to walk to ski and mountain lifts and restaurants, near a coffe shop and info center. We loved free parking - there were always enough spots even if you come latter in the evening. Views were amazing - we could see mountains through the window. Kitchenette was well equiped and had microwave, induction stove, small fridge and real oven - if you want to cook there were all tools needed. Bed was comfortable and room itself was nice and clean. We also liked that cleaning staff aired the rooms and always came relatively early. Breakfast was good - selection small, but food was tasty, there always was warm selection and sandwich materials - and we did enjoy it. Also the hotel is very family friendly - they had trampoline outside and a full furnished kids playroom with toys in first floor - we thought that was really nice for families"

"The walls are thin. It was no problem for the most of the stay - we didn't hear our neighbours until family with two small kids arrived. They would play rough and loud in their room and we could hear them very well in our bedroom. I can't even fault the hotel - we did stay for like 5 days without hearing anyone else and the hotel was near full (and there were other families with kids too - never heard them) but it was a bit mech to wake up to kids screaming."

"Villa Beatrice was a absolutely great. Highly recommend, was clean comfortable and everything you need in the apartment. The apartment had magnificent views of the High Tatra Mountains."

"Great location and a short walk from the train station. It’s a great family stay with a great breakfast to start each day. Rooms were comfortable, clean and lots of space."

"Check in and out is now facilitated at another Aplend hotel that is a 5 min walk away. There are no reception staff at Villa Beatrice, there is a number you can call for assistance but it’s not quite the same."

"Check in / out was not available in same building, had to go to sister hotel up the street for room keys. I guess maybe due to off season though all rooms were booked."

"I booked wrong date and they kindly transferred my booking at no extra cost. Nice clean place. Quiet with east parking. Restaurants walking distance"

"The reception staff. The apartment itself - it was huge and well equipped. The view of the mountains from our room was breathtaking! We arrived super early in the morning; although check-in is usually later, they had our room ready as soon as we were done with breakfast - we were stoked! Highly recommend booking a stay with them in your next holiday in the High Tatras."
