"Vi spiste aftensmad en dag hvor der kun var tre andre par i restauranten. Tjeneren var venlig men meget fraværende. Maden var næsten kold og menukortet var meget anonymt. Maden matchede ikke kvaliteten i resten af hotellet."

"Super placering og et personale der generelt var meget søde og imødekommende. Hotellet havde 2 års jubilæum, mens vi var der, og alt virker nyt og rent. Dejlig wellness afdeling."

"Vi boede fem nætter på hotellet og havde et par mindre gode oplevelser. Sengen havde ingen topmadras og var ret hård. Man kunne bede om at få lagt en topmadras på, men kvaliteten var ikke imponerende og sengen føltes stadig ukomfortabel. En aften vi kom tilbage til hotellet midt i et voldsomt stormvejr, gik vi til restauranten for at spørge om vi kunne få et bord. Desværre var der fuldt booket, men i halvdelen af restauranten, hvor bordene ikke var dækket op, kunne vi få lov at sidde og spise nogle små snacks. Det var ikke en mulighed at gå andre steder hen pga. vejret, og slukørede gik vi til vores værelser, hvor et kig på hotellets hjemmeside viste, at de tilbød roomservice. Menuen lå i restauranten og var præcis den samme som de øvrige gæster kunne spise. Det var en ærgerlig oplevelse, at der ikke var nogen, som gjorde os opmærksomme på muligheden for roomservice og vi følte det som om, at personalet i restauranten helst ikke ville betjene os. Vi endte med at bestille roomservice og maden kom hurtigt og smagte godt."

Comfortable beds. A special place, retreat, very relaxing. Supermarket and tourist office very close by. Fantastic walks to viewpoints and gorge and waterfalls."

"Towels and bins emptied and beds made but floor wasn’t hoovered after night 2. The self service coffee machine at breakfast, so I just ordered coffee from the bar."
