The property is breathtakingly beautiful with the most amazing hikes and a private beach !!! A very special thank you to the breakfast waiter Nanto. What impressed us most was that he even remembered what type of coffee we like. We would also like to sincerely thank the Guest Relation Manager Lidwine for the personal attention and dedication to ensuring everything was perfect throughout our stay. It made us feel genuinely valued as returning guests. Finally, the reception Hajar, during check-out was efficient, polite, and professional. "The hotel is large and very nice, with a great overall atmosphere. It has 2 beautiful beaches, one on the north side and one on the south, offering different views and settings throughout the day so you don't need to get out of the hotel much. Also, there are tortoises within the facility that guests can interact with for about 30 minutes daily, which is an interesting added feature."
"Considering the price point, we expected a bit more attention to detail, especially in the rooms. While the overall property is beautiful, some aspects of the room did not fully reflect the level of quality you would anticipate for that rate. A bit more care in maintenance and finishing touches would significantly elevate the overall experience."
