"Some walls are probably a bit too thin. At 2.30am, neighbour's unit (or probably upper unit), were too noisy, sound of water running on/ off, some stuff being dropped and dragged across the room, people were making noise in the room, all could be heard clearly from our room."

"When we first checked in, we had a few issues with the room and even considered staying just one night and moving to another hotel. However, Sahar at the reception went above and beyond to help us — she offered us an upgrade, which was very nice and made our stay so much more comfortable.
