"The facility layout and the on resort amenities were excellent. The receptionist, especially Amirah, was very polite, pleasant, and welcoming. She did an excellent job explaining the entire Shaden resort layout and the various programs planned. The staff at the La Palma restaurant were exceptionally polite and welcoming as well.. The food was very nice and the service was great! The housekeeping staff were also very polite and respectful. All in all, this is an excellent place to let off some steam, and certainly, it will be worth visiting again.."
